Do you know the “Blake Association”?

In the TV show “The Mentalist”, it’s a fancy name for a secret criminal organization which involves members of multiple federal, state and local government agencies within the California area.

Who knew? Perhaps in Italy there is at least one similar organization: as a matter of fact, people stealing money from someone (with the intermediation of a bank) are judged innocent despite the plain evidence, because the robbed should have asked the bank for the money, instead.

Well, maybe it’s just one of the many fake conspiracy theories. Problem is that the only other explanation behind the trial outcome is the judge’s profound ignorance, as he ignores one of the basic pillars of law about the bank guarantee role … and, in that case, how come there is such an ignorant judge?
