What a shame it’s not really required things need to be done well, and in fact, they sometimes have just to be done wrongly (like products with a precise lifetime); in another world we would’t have professionals that claim plainly they don’t know their matter and that answering to basic questions about that same matter is too time consuming. Problem is usually such type of advisor is mandatory (not by law, but by the practical impossibility of doing otherwise), because if they weren’t, they would have interest in knowing their own matter.
