It’s from the barter onwards that people specialize in something (one or more things) and buy the rest from others because it’s more efficient than doing everything by themselves. And yet some providers of products or services behave as if they were doing something you never could have done in your life. And then they get angry when you look at them with a huge question mark on your face.
