Matrix 4 (Matrix Resurrections) could be the first work, or, at least, film, to put AI as God, because it revived Neo and Trinity after their death: it has already been shown in other cases, but the attempt was linked to witches or something like that, and the result was never good, as the reborn one was never the same – here this is not even a human-like individual, but a program (the Analyst), that is, an AI, which actualized the rebirth.
