So here’s the thing.

A friend of ours got overwhelmed by the amount of words coming from a woman who had just rented him a house: you know, that sort of people who are really very good, since they do charity, volunteering and all, and that need to tell you about this as soon as they meet you.

Now, as she came aware there was a Government measure to boost the real estate sector, since she needs our friend to be out of the house to catch the benefit, she soon started making things hard for him, by avoiding to fulfill her part of the contract, launching nonsense accusation of vandalism, and putting there traps in order to push him away before the benefit is over.

Perhaps we should help the good lessor and suggest her to do more and more charity and volunteering, you know, to rebalance a little.
