EU market

In order to sell a product within the EU, the matter of “Entering the European market” must be addressed: this placing on the market is governed by Community Directives, which are mandatory at European level. Then they become mandatory at national level as well when the Member State transposes them, and it is obliged to do so within a given time frame.
