Incivility

There are books full of it, stories, forums with any kind of examples. But what’s the point of telling the grotesque events of incivility we see every day? They have all the same origin, and we can do nothing with them, from the neighbours who yell the whole day (instead of talking) to the postal clerk who throws the change (instead of placing it).
